Our Story

Welcome! I'm glad you've taken this courageous step towards self-discovery and growth. When was the last time you felt carefree, happy, and truly content? Life can often feel like a complex story or game, filled with unexpected challenges and adventures. As we navigate this journey called life, we encounter moments of growth, transformation, and sometimes, surprising choices. As a fellow immigrant who moved after turning adult, I deeply understand the frustrations, confusions, and self-doubts that are difficult to recognize and tell. Cultural differences, identity issues, economic pressures, relationship challenges, and personal aspirations, all can be so motivating while suffocating. We often carry heavy expectations on our shoulders and feel disappointed when we fall short of our own hopes. That is why your presence here shows such a immense bravery - a willingness to seek help and embrace change. If you're looking for someone to talk to, I'm here to provide a safe haven. I'm ready to listen to your concerns, acknowledge your struggles, and help you reframe how you relate to these challenges. Together, we can uncover your hidden strengths and work towards the direction you aspire to reach. If you're interested in embarking on this journey, I invite you to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation. This will allow us to discuss what you want to work on, your needs, and expectations for counseling, as well as address any questions you may have about the therapy process or about me as a therapist. I look forward to the possibility of supporting you on your path to growth and self-discovery.

LMFTA, LMHCA

Graduated from the Marriage and Family Therapy program at Syracuse University, Wen has expertise in using system theory with a client-centered, anti-oppressive, and compassionate approach to support individuals and families of diverse experiences and backgrounds.

Deeply influenced by my identity as a 1.5-gen Asian immigrant and a queer, I commit to serving Asian Americans, immigrants, BIPOC, and LGBTQIA+ communities.

Immigration is a tough but invaluable journey for me, it forces me to see my weaknesses, explore what I like and want, and who I want to be.

I see it as similar to therapy.

I am here to help if you want to process difficult experiences, work on mental health, understand who you are, and improve your relationships.

Let’s start this journey in which you will decide where you like to go.
